Return Policy

Accepting Returns

  1. As much as we would love to have you keep our products, if there are any manufacturer's defect, or if Luna had sent you a wrong product (colour/size wise) we will gladly issue a replacement or an e-voucher for you.
  2. Kindly bring any such return/replacement request to our attention within 7 days upon receiving the product.
  3. If the product has a defect, Luna by T will bear the cost of customer returning the product and subsequently, the cost of sending the replacement product back to you.
  4. Should the customer choose an e-voucher, it will be worth the price of purchase excluding the original shipping fee.
  5. If the customer would like to return the product due to exchange for a different colour or size due to their own preference/mistake, Luna by T will not bear the cost of returning the product and the subsequent shipping cost of sending it back to the customer. The customer would bear all logistical fee.

Return Process for Replacement Products

  1. Kindly send us a message +60143340200, stating your name, order date, order number and what the defect is along with a clear picture of it. Upon confirmation of defect, we will then advice you accordingly on the next steps of the returning process.
  2. Thereafter, customer will need to fill in all required information, choose a selected drop off point and submit the request.
  3. Customer should repack the product, unwashed, unused with its tags on. Paste the original waybill onto the parcel and proceed to drop it off at the selected point.
  4. After the parcel is picked up by our team, we will inspect it once again and arrange for a replacement as soon as possible. Please do expect some delays due to other ongoing fulfilment as well. We will work at our best for you.
  5. Be informed that replacement product would take around 7-14 working days to reach you. Hoping for your understanding as this items are not in stock and would be brought in only after orders are made.

Refund Policy

  1. Kindly send us a message +60143340200, stating your name, order date, order number and what the defect is along with a clear picture of it. Upon confirmation of defect, we will send you an e-voucher or a refund accordingly based on the mode of payment you chose to pay. Please note that the refund and the e-voucher will not include any original shipment paid for.
  2. If you prefer to have the product replaced instead of an e-voucher or a refund accordingly based on the mode of payment you chose to pay, kindly follow the steps under Return Process.
  3. Please kindly take note that, we strictly do not refund in cash under any circumstance. 

+Replacement products are also subject to stock availability. Hence, kindly check your orders thoroughly before any purchase.
